NEW LISTINGS DOWN 18% IN NOVEMBER

|
The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) released its sales data for November, and it’s clear that sales maintained a solid
pace in the face of a constrained supply of active listings. The 7,090 transactions reported represent
a 14.2% increase compared to the same period last year. Total sales for 2019 now sit at 83,463, up 13.3% from the same time last year,
and a full 6000 higher than the total for 2018, with a month remaining.

ONTARIO PLACE HOSTS THE AURORA WINTER FESTIVAL
Picture the magic of the Aurora Borealis including Santa’s Workshop with story time, reindeers and elves, sightings of the Abominable
Snowman, and epic dance parties at the Disco Den. In years past, you’d probably have to travel all the way to the North Pole to take in
that full experience. Fortunately, times have changed and with a little imagination and technological know-how, the Canadian National
Exhibition (CNE) is bringing this Winter Wonderland a little closer to home.
