(1) Your financial capability (there is a mortgage button on the left side menu too), and (2), your wish list. It is our job to match the two, ie get the most possible home, in the best possible location, at the lowest possible price.
Once the 'right' home is found, we will prepare an evaluation, just like we do for sellers. We will recommend that before signing an offer, it be shown to your lawyer, and we will put the right conditions in it to protect your interests.
