This Is A Loveable Dog, However, He/She Will Not Be Loved By Everyone Who Visits Your House With An Eye To Making A Purchase. It Is Best To De-Dog In Respect To Odours And Cleanliness, And It Is Also Best To Have The Dog Out Of The House For Viewing Appointments. Some Dogs Are Too Friendly, Or Bark Too Much And Become Distracting. Some People Are Afraid Of Dogs Or Allergic To Them.

We Had One Buyer Client Who Would Not Enter A House With A Cat, And We Had To Check Each Time To Make Certain The Cat(s) Were Out. If You Do Nothing Else Getting Your House Ready For Market, Clean All The Windows Inside And Out. If You Want To Maximize The Return On The Money You Already Have Invested In Your House, Clean, Clean, And Then Clean Some More, And Make Certain The House Has A ‘Fresh’ Smell To It. Painting Is Good And Repairing Everything Which Needs Repairing.  Do Not Cheap Out!  You Are Selling A Pride Of Ownership And Not Just A House.  You Want To Make It Very Easy For Prospective Buyers To Picture Themselves Living There. It Is Important To De-Clutter, Remove All Family Photos, And Remove Any Valuables, Which If Taken, Would Upset You. In Winter, Have The Driveway And Walkway Well Shoveled And De-Iced. In Summer, Have The Front Landscaping Neat And Tidy Looking, With Garbage Cans Removed From Sight If Possible; Say Storing In The Garage (If Any). We Can Be Very Helpful To You When You Are Ready To Sell Or Purchase As We Have A Great Deal Of Professional Experience. Ask About Our Plan For Either.
